General

Railway Interchange is the largest railway exhibition and educational conference in North America bringing 8,500+ rail industry professionals together from around the globe.  This biennial event is put on by:

  • Railway Supply Institute (RSI)
  • Railway Engineering-Maintenance Suppliers Association (REMSA)
  • Railway Systems Suppliers, Inc. (RSSI)

The conference incorporates education, networking and an expansive exhibition to showcase the latest technology and services the industry has to offer.

We are excited to be back in Indianapolis, Indiana at the Indiana Convention Center from May 20-22, 2025!

Registration

Registration and housing will open in Fall 2024.

Registration is REQUIRED for all participants.  Badges must be worn at all time and those without badges will be asked to leave. Please note that registration fees vary for education, Expo Only and more.

Hotel & Housing

Housing will open in fall 2025, with registration.

Please beware of companies calling or emailing regarding hotel rooms for Railway Interchange 2025.  These are NOT official partners and none of our housing is currently open. Our official housing vendor is ConferenceDirect. Please see below for more information and answers regarding ConferenceDirect.

ConferenceDirect is a housing service that has been selected by Railway Interchange to handle all aspects of hotel reservations for the event. In order to reserve a room in the hotel room blocks, you must book through the ConferenceDirect website. Rooms booked through this official authorized system help support the Railway Interchange operation and keep costs low. We urge everyone to book their room through the system.

Cancellation policies are provided during booking with ConferenceDirect. Please read overall policy carefully during the process as Railway Interchange or its affiliates are not responsible for any hotel cancellation fees incurred by attendees.

Expo Hall & Exhibitors

Railway Interchange has one continuous expo hall that is broken into three sections and spans over 400,000 square feet.  Each section is represented by an association within the rail industry that has it’s own specialties.  Details on all three floors can be found here, along with contact information.

Pricing varies for members non-members of each association.

Sponsorships & Sponsors

We will have plenty of opportunities for you to maximize your company’s visibility at Railway Interchange before, during and after the event. Opportunities will be available in fall 2025.

Miscellaneous

Railway Interchange does not sell attendee lists. Please beware of third party companies offering lists for sale through solicitation.
