Expo Hall Registration

The Railway Interchange Expo Hall is “the” place to be, with 600 exhibitors, product demonstrations, new technology, networking, and so much more. Don’t miss the opportunity to see what’s ahead in railway and enjoy our key speaker (to be announced).

Education Conference & Expo Hall Registration

Education sessions provide insights on emerging technology, the latest innovations and government regulations. RSI and their education partners (ABA, IAROO, LMOA, & RTSA) will deliver the knowledge and expertise you need to stay at the forefront of the railway industry!

Railroad Employees, Government Employees & Students

As in past years, railroad employees, government employees and students receive complimentary access to the Expo Hall. Special rates are available for railroad employees who choose to upgrade to an Education Conference Registration!*

Spouse Attendance: You may bring a spouse or companion to the event at a reduced rate. This individual should not be affiliated with the rail industry in any capacity and can be added during the registration process.

*Proper ID confirming employment or student status is required onsite

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing ([email protected]) on or before April 19, 2025 to obtain a refund. A $25 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Refunds may not be processed until after Railway Interchange 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 19, 2025. Substitutions may be made and must be received in writing to [email protected]
