Railway Interchange works with our official housing provider, ConferenceDirect, to provide accommodations during the event. We’ve negotiated special hotel rates at multiple different properties surrounding the convention center. Rooms rates are subject to availability and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis until April 23, 2025, or until sold out.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
The Railway Interchange 2025 housing provider, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $100 cancellation fee for room cancellations made from date of reservation through February 23, 2025. Beginning February 24, 2025, a $250 cancellation fee will be charged for all room cancellations. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*Railway25″. Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur this fee.
All reservations require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. If your hotel charges a deposit, the hotel will charge one night’s room and tax to your card on file on or after April 28, 2025. When booking your hotel, check the hotel information for specific time to cancel prior to arrival date to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax.
BEWARE of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
ConferenceDirect is the ONLY housing provider for Railway Interchange 2025.
Every year, Railway Interchange is alerted to various scams of unauthorized housing companies reaching out to attendees and identifying themselves as being affiliated with Railway Interchange. If you receive any communications from other providers, please DO NOT ENGAGE with the company, as they are not endorsed or affiliated with Railway Interchange.
To easily identify communications from ConferenceDirect, please look for the “Official Housing Provider” logo that will be on all communications and the booking website.
