Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration is for exhibitors in all RI17 exhibit halls (RSI, REMSA, and RSSI). All exhibitors must register for exhibitor badges at Railway Interchange 2017 to have access to the  hall move in and move out, and before the exhibits open and close. Main booth contacts have been contacted directly by the official RI17 exhibition registration company, Registration Control Systems (RCS), about how to register for exhibitor badges.

Rates: Each 10′ x 10′ exhibit space includes two complimentary exhibitor registrations. Once the complimentary registrations have been assigned, additional registration will be charged $150.00 ($200 after 8/9). Exhibitor badges allow entrance into the exhibit hall during show hours (and one hour prior to opening and half an hour after closing), the keynote address, and all meals and receptions on the exhibit hall floor.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before August 17, 2017 to obtain a refund. A $25 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Refunds may not be processed until after Railway Interchange 2017. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 17, 2017. Substitutions may be made and must be received in writing. RI17 does not process refunds for no-shows.
